Job Description : We are looking for a dedicated and skilled E-Commerce Specialist who can take full ownership of our online store operations and drive growth across platforms like Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and more.

Responsibilities :

Manage and optimize our online stores (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.) to maximize sales and visibility.
Handle product listing, content writing, pricing strategy, and promotions.
Monitor stock levels, update inventory, and ensure accurate product availability.
Plan and execute online marketing campaigns, vouchers, bundles, and seasonal promotions.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to improve performance.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
Generate weekly / monthly performance reports and suggest improvements for growth.
Coordinate with the management team to align online sales with overall business strategy.

Qualifications :

No previous experience managing Shopee, Lazada, or other e-commerce platforms.

Strong understanding of online marketing, product positioning, and campaign optimization.

Knowledge of SEO for e-commerce, digital advertising, and data analytics is an advantage.

Good communication skills (Bahasa Malaysia & English).

Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle operations independently.

Basic design skills (Canva / Photoshop) are a plus.

Working Details :

Working Area : Sepang

Working Days : 5 days per week

Working Hours : 8 hours a day

Salary : RM800
