E-Commerce Specialist (Shopee, Lazada & Online Platforms)

Job Information

Job Description : We are looking for a dedicated and skilled E-Commerce Specialist who can take full ownership of our online store operations and drive growth across platforms like Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and more.

Responsibilities :

• Manage and optimize our online stores (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.) to maximize sales and visibility.
• Handle product listing, content writing, pricing strategy, and promotions.
• Monitor stock levels, update inventory, and ensure accurate product availability.
• Plan and execute online marketing campaigns, vouchers, bundles, and seasonal promotions.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to improve performance.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
• Generate weekly / monthly performance reports and suggest improvements for growth.
• Coordinate with the management team to align online sales with overall business strategy.
