Requirements
- Minimum education level : Secondary / SPM / 'O' Level.
- Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and team members.
- Possess strong customer service skills to provide excellent support and assistance to wellness centre clients.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills to manage appointments, client records, and other administrative tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and email communication.
- Exhibit a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in data entry, record-keeping, and handling client information.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work onsite at the wellness centre in Bandar Puteri Puchong / Mahkota Cheras / Seri Kembangan / Taman Paramount, PJ / Eco Majestic, Semenyih.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to Mandarin-speaking clients, addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and resolving concerns promptly and professionally.Assist in the daily operations of the wellness center, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for clients and staff.Manage appointment bookings and maintain accurate client records in the system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.Support the Mandarin Operation Team in translating documents, marketing materials, and communications to ensure accurate and culturally relevant messaging.Handle cashiering duties, process payments, and maintain accurate records of transactions.Assist in the preparation of treatment rooms and ensure that all equipment and supplies are readily available.Collaborate with other team members to promote wellness center services and achieve sales targets.Benefits
