Job description

As the Project Integration Manager, you will be responsible for driving commercial and financial performance across our portfolio of renewable energy projects. You will work closely with the development team to assess project feasibility, will structure deals with external stakeholders, negotiate contracts and support the project delivery team in achieving financial targets.

Responsibilities

  • Managing projects including management of internal and external stakeholders from project origination until commercial operation or sale;
  • Working closely with Development and Execution team, assess project feasibility, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies;
  • Develop business case including detailed financial analysis to progress new opportunities and ensure appropriate commercial frameworks are in place;
  • Manage key transactions for multiple projects such as project sale or strategic partnerships with local companies;
  • Manage contract negotiation and execution across multiple projects;
  • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, customers, and government agencies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Several years of professional experience, in development or management of energy or infrastructure projects.
  • Project financing or EPC experience is a plus.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills, able to deal with business owners, regulatory bodies & financial institutions.
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills coupled with high sensitivity to different mentalities and practices in an international business environment.
  • High degree of self-responsibility, entrepreneurial spirit and flexibility.
  • Self-initiating and capable of working in a group, virtual team or alone.
  • Intercultural competence and team-player.
  • Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.
  • Languages : English, additional languages welcome.
