Identify and generate new leads through research, networking, and outreach. Prepare and present proposals to potential clients and partners. Conduct market and competitor analysis to support growth strategy. Follow up on all business inquiries and leads within 2 working days. Maintain accurate records of prospects and sales activities in CRM. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align lead generation and conversion strategies. Support events, client meetings, and partnership development initiatives. Job Requirements
Lead Generation : Generate a minimum of 5 new qualified leads per month through research, referrals, or outreach. Proposal & Pitching : Prepare and present at least 3 business proposals or decks per month to potential clients or partners. Lead Follow-Up : Follow up on 100% of business leads within 2 working days of contact or inquiry. CRM & Reporting : Maintain accurate and updated records of all prospects and activities in the CRM system. Partnerships & Deals : Support the closing of at least 3 business deals or MOUs per quarter (with team or independently). Job Benefits
Diploma / Degree in any discipline. Candidates must have a minimum of 4 years experience in industry Business Development Growth.
