  • Oversee and expand Szindore’s visibility across various social media platforms (including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and more). -Organize and share daily content on all social media channels. -Craft engaging and persuasive captions enriched with relevant hashtags to enhance visibility. -Formulate and implement social media strategies that align with brand objectives, emphasizing storytelling, product launches, and audience interaction. -Work closely with marketing and design teams to ensure that content maintains brand consistency in style, tone, and quality. -Produce, curate, and oversee captivating content (text, images, and videos) for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and others. -Track social media trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior to boost engagement. -Keep abreast of the latest social media developments, tools, and competitor tactics. -Plan and carry out promotional initiatives, product highlights, and content creation for events. -Evaluate social media performance through analytics tools and compile monthly reports.   • Education : Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or related field. -Experience : Minimum 1-2 years of experience in managing social media platforms (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are also encouraged to apply). -Platform Knowledge : Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter – including their algorithms, content formats, and best practices. -Content Creation Skills : Experience in creating engaging content (copy, images, short-form videos). Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite is an added advantage. -Writing Skills : Excellent copywriting skills with attention to tone, audience, and engagement-driven captions. -Trend-Savvy : Passion for social media trends, pop culture, and viral content creation. -Analytical Thinking : Ability to interpret analytics and insights to improve performance and content strategy. -Team Player : Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with marketing, design, and product teams. -Organized and Proactive : Ability to plan, schedule, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points : Experience with social media ads or paid campaigns. Familiarity with influencer marketing or brand collaborations. Comfortable being on camera or managing TikTok-style video shoots
