Job Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and adjusting the organizational structure according to company strategic needs.
- Support corporate culture initiatives and help promote behavior alignment with the performance management system.
- Assist in developing the annual recruitment plan, expanding recruitment channels, evaluating channel effectiveness, building a talent database, and managing hiring lead time.
- Assist in establishing reward mechanisms and compensation & benefits systems to enhance talent attraction and retention.
- Work with department heads to develop annual training plans and track, monitor, and analyze training effectiveness.
- Collaborate with department heads to design talent development plans and ensure ongoing talent competitiveness.
- Assist in building and improving company policies and procedures, ensuring proper implementation.
- Support HR leaders in revising HR module processes and developing SOPs.
- Help iterate competency models and refine performance evaluation systems based on business development needs.
- Assist in annual manpower budgeting, reporting, and talent development planning for HQ and branch HR teams.
- Assist in organizing company events, including management review meetings, birthday celebrations, and annual dinners.
- Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by the department leader.
Job Requirements
Bachelors degree or above, preferably in Human Resource Management.Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role within a technology company of 300-400 employees.Outgoing, confident, proactive, and highly collaborative.Strong systematic thinking, planning, organizing, and coordination skills.Familiarity with labor laws and willingness to learn labor relations management.Experience in automotive electronics or related automotive industries is an advantage.Outstanding fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.Location : Kulai, Johor
