Job description

Responsibilities

  • Planning, executing, and monitoring the performance of marketing campaigns across different channels like social media, email, and paid advertising.
  • Implement a tracking system to monitor growing and dropping items.
  • Manage and optimize the company's e-commerce platform, including online marketplaces, and social media channels.
  • Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase conversions, and boost online sales.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices, and implement them to enhance the company's online presence.
  • Lead the content strategy for each platform, ensuring alignment with sales objectives, campaign themes, and seasonal opportunities.
  • Develop and implement winning strategies for Shopee & Lazada to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Track campaign ROI, audience engagement, and sales impact, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Plan, brief, and oversee production of engaging product videos, livestream scripts, product descriptions, and promotionalcreatives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Fluent in English, Mandarin (advantage), and Bahasa.
  • Computer literate and able to use Microsoft Excel and Word confidently.
  • Sales experience will be an advantage.
