Cost Accounting

Production Accounting
Update Standard Cost
Material Master and Routing
Labor Tracking and Reporting
Variance Analysis & Reporting
Project Cost Accounting
Account Control and Reconciliations
Production (RM / WIP / FG), Demo, Software and Service
Year-end physical count Audits

General Accounting

Month-End Journal Entries

Inventory Accounts Reconciliations

RBNI (Received But Not Invoiced) Analysis

Reporting

Inventory Metrics & Roll forwards

Prepare Month-end closing and reporting

General Areas

Audits (Internal & External)

Internal Control Compliance

Process Improvements

Cross Training within Finance Team

Fixed Assets

Physical Count and Tagging

The Position Requirement and Qualification

Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance

Minimum 5 years’ related work experience in manufacturing or high-tech Equipment manufacturer

Thorough knowledge in product costing, variance analysis, inventory reconciliation and inventory count

Hands on experience in accounting month-end process and preparing accounting reports

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and SAP / S4 Hana (mandatory) required

Thorough understanding of a production-driven work environment

Self-motivated, responsible, well-organized

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Positive attitude with ability to deliver high-quality work in a timely manner

Possess good command of written and spoken English

Operates with a high standard of ethics, integrity, and professionalism

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a complex, global environment, builds and maintains positive work relationships.

Ability to satisfactorily complete position compliance and training requirements.
