Job description

JOB TITLE : IT ADMIN & PURCHASING EXECUTIVE

LOCATION : KOP MANTAP BERHAD

REPORTS TO : HEAD OF CORPORATE SERVICES

Job Summary :

The IT Admin & Purchasing Executive is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations while also managing and maintaining the company's IT systems and infrastructure. This dual role requires an individual with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and technical expertise in troubleshooting IT issues.

Key Responsibilities :

Administrative Duties

  • Handle day-to-day office administration tasks including filing, correspondence and document management.
  • Process purchase orders and maintain supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
  • Liaise with internal teams to understand purchasing needs and coordinate the procurement process
  • Maintain accurate records and inventory of all purchased items
  • Manage office supplies, stationery and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain records of staff attendance, leave and other HR-related documentation.
  • Support management in preparing reports, memos and presentations.
  • Manage companies assets

IT Support & Management

  • Provide first-level technical support to staff for hardware, software and network-related issues.
  • Install, configure and maintain computer systems, printers and office equipment.
  • Manage company emails, user accounts and system access permissions.
  • Monitor and ensure data backup, cybersecurity measures and IT system reliability.
  • Liaise with external vendors for IT procurement, maintenance and system upgrades.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
  • Requirement

  • Diploma / Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in administration and / or IT support.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Windows / Mac operating systems, and networking basics.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Job Type : Full-time

    Pay : RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
