Job Purpose

The Solution Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing cloud-based solutions that meet customer business objectives. This role combines deep technical expertise with consultative engagement, guiding clients throughout their digital transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud architectures that address customer requirements and business goals.
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle — from discovery and design to deployment, operations, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide consultative guidance by simplifying complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Stay abreast of emerging cloud technologies and industry trends, contributing insights to strengthen and enhance service offerings.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, business development, and technical teams to ensure solutions are aligned with both customer expectations and organizational objectives.
  • Support technical operations and account management activities as assigned by the Business Development Director.
  • Maintain high standards of documentation, delivery quality, and solution integrity across all projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Professional cloud certifications (AWS, Alibaba Cloud, Azure, etc.) are an advantage.
  • 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in cloud architecture, infrastructure design, or technical consulting.
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS), including networking, storage, security, and automation frameworks.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) to effectively support regional clients.
