Operation Director

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies, monitor performance metrics, and ensure achievement of annual revenue and profit targets while optimizing resource allocation and organizational efficiency.
• Production & Quality Management : Oversee production planning, coordinate manufacturing resources, establish quality management systems (ISO9001, IATF16949), and drive technological innovation including automation upgrades and advanced precision sheet metal processing equipment.
• Sales & Market Development : Formulate marketing strategies, expand domestic and international markets, develop key customers in target sectors, maintain core client relationships, and promote high-value precision sheet metal products.
• Technology & Innovation : Lead R&D teams in developing new products, processes and materials, monitor industry trends in lightweight materials and smart manufacturing, and approve major technical initiatives.
• Team Building & Management : Build talent development systems, attract and retain core technical and management personnel, foster positive corporate culture, and conduct performance evaluations of senior management team.
• Risk & Compliance Management : Ensure regulatory compliance, identify and assess operational risks, develop contingency plans, and maintain safety production standards.
