IT Project Manager

Are you an organized and proactive professional with a talent for coordinating complex IT operations? We are seeking an IT Project Manager / Coordinator who excels at bringing together people, processes, and technology to ensure seamless execution of our IT initiatives. In this role, you will act as the central point of coordination for all IT-related activities, working closely with various stakeholders to implement strategies and architectures developed by senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordination of IT Projects :

Serve as the primary coordinator for all IT projects, ensuring tasks are executed according to the strategic plan.

Act as a liaison between senior leadership, IT teams, and other departments to ensure clear communication and alignment.

Integrate various IT processes to create a cohesive operational workflow.

Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to manage contracts, service agreements, and deliverables.

Oversee day-to-day IT operations, ensuring systems function smoothly and issues are promptly addressed.

Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT projects, processes, and systems.

Ensure IT operations comply with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.

Foster a collaborative environment within the IT team and across departments.

Requirements

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT coordination, project management, or a similar role.
