The Premium Clients Associate will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with high-value clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and maximizing client satisfaction and retention. This role requires strong product knowledge in Forex markets, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver personalized solutions to meet premium clients’ needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for premium clients, providing dedicated support and timely responses to inquiries.
- Build, develop, and proactively maintain long‑term relationships with VIP / high‑net‑worth clients.
- Educate and guide clients on trading products, platforms (e.g., MT4 / MT5), and company services.
- Monitor client activity, deposits, and trading behavior to identify opportunities for cross‑selling or upselling.
- Ensure premium clients receive priority handling for account, technical, and trading‑related issues.
- Collaborate with Sales, Retention, and Marketing teams to deliver tailored campaigns and client engagement initiatives.
- Assist in onboarding new premium clients, ensuring smooth account opening and funding processes.
- Stay updated on global financial markets, economic events, and trends to provide value‑added insights to clients.
- Meet and exceed KPIs related to client satisfaction, and revenue contribution.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, company policies, and data confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Client Relations, Account Management, or Sales within the Forex / CFD industry.Strong understanding of trading platforms (MetaTrader 4 / MetaTrader 5 preferred).Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (additional languages will be a pluspoint).Proven track record of managing premium or VIP clients.Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with a client‑first mindset.Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.Flexibility to work outside standard hours if required by client demand.#J-18808-Ljbffr
