Job Responsibilities

Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, understanding their unique needs and providing exceptional service and solutions.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our client base and increase revenue streams.
Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
Lead the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of high-performing team members who embody the company values and culture.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork, professional development, and employee engagement.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and employment standards, maintaining ethical business practices at all times.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any other related Degree.

Min. 3-5 years of working experience in the recruitment industry with a strong track record of successful placements / client facing-roles in related industries.

Good knowledge of the local job market, recruitment trends, and business practices.

Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets and driving business performance.

Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
