Requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify, target and win new business across the global Post, Parcel and Logistics sectors.
  • Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and closing.
  • Develop and execute a robust new business strategy aligned with the company’s global growth objectives.
  • Maintain a dynamic pipeline of high value prospects using modern tools and techniques.
  • Build compelling proposals, pitch decks and solution presentations tailored to prospect pain points.
  • Attend key industry events, trade shows and conferences to generate leads and build visibility.
  • Collaborate with product and delivery teams to align solutions with market demands and prospect needs.
  • Provide regular and accurate sales forecasts and reporting to senior leadership.

MUST HAVE

  • 5–10+ years of proven success in a senior sales role with a strong emphasis on new business development.
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field
  • Deep knowledge of the Post, Parcel and / or broader Logistics industries, with an existing global network a strong plus.
  • Demonstrable experience of closing high-value, complex B2B deals in international markets.
  • Highly self-motivated, autonomous and comfortable working in fast-paced, performance driven environments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English. Additional languages are a plus.
