Welcome to Raysun Property Management Sdn Bhd.

We are a reputable property management company seeking qualified and dedicated individuals to join our team. Applications are invited for the following positions :

1. Building Manager

Location : (Bukit Jalil / Old Klang Road)

Employment Type : Full-Time

Salary : ,RM 4, RM 5,500.00

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee daily building operations and ensure smooth facility management.
  • Supervise security, housekeeping, and vendor services.
  • Handle residents' / tenants' inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with building safety standards and statutory requirements.
  • Prepare reports and liaise with management / committee members.

Requirements :

  • Minimum Diploma in Property / Facility Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in building / facility management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

    • 2. Handyman

    Location : (Bukit Jalil / Old Klang Road)

    Employment Type : Full-Time

    Salary : RM 2, RM 2,200.00

    Key Responsibilities :

  • Carry out general repair and maintenance works (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.).
  • Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections.
  • Provide technical support and assist the Building Manager with daily tasks.
  • Ensure all repair works are completed in a timely and safe manner.

    • Requirements :

  • Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in maintenance and repair.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry works.
  • Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently.
