Job descriptionDevelop and execute marketing strategies to support product positioning and market growth. Collaborate with sales teams to provide product training and promotional materials. Monitor product performance and market trends to identify areas for improvement. Manage product lifecycle activities, including launches and phase-outs. Work closely with the R&D and regulatory teams to ensure product compliance. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the life science industry. Prepare and present product performance reports to senior management. Handle budgeting and forecasting for product-related activities.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Product Manager (Ethical) should have :
- A degree in marketing, life sciences, or a related field.
- Experience in product management within the life science industry, preferable with Orthopaedics / O&G portfolios experience
- Strong knowledge of market trends and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in analyzing data to inform decision-making.
- A results-driven mindset with attention to detail.
