Your new role
Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Sales to lead the MICE department. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by developing and implementing sales strategies to attract new clientele, build and maintain relationships with existing clients, as well as promote MICE venues and facilities beyond meeting rooms.

What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in MICE, events, or the hotel segment within the hospitality industry.Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strong leadership abilities and team management skills.Must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.What you'll get in return
