Job Description

To assist the partners / senior lawyers in attending the legal due diligence.

To assist the partners / senior lawyers in preparing and drafting of agreement / submission documents.

Qualifications and Requirements

LLB degree / CLP or other equivalent qualification

Possess sound knowledge of the Companies Act and Listing Requirements and other corporation and securities laws

Must have a keen eye for details

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken

Must have a good attitude, hardworking and be a team player

Able to multitask and work under pressure

Able to take instructions from partners and senior lawyers
