Job descriptionMinimum 4 years of working experience in risk management, audit, project management, finance and other related fields. Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Commerce or related field. Relevant professional certification in risk management will be an added advantage. Familiar with Bank Negara Malaysia and PayNet guidelines. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Adaptive, inquisitive and proactive. Willing to work in a fast pace environment.
Job Description
- Drive and facilitate risk management processes across all functions in ShopeePay and Monee, and work with risk owners to mitigate risks in a timely manner.
- Monitor key risk indicators (KRI) and submit relevant KRIs to regulators in a timely manner.
- Facilitate and review risk assessments of new projects, partnerships and outsourced service providers.
- Review due diligence of new outsourced service providers and third party arrangements prior to onboarding.
- Provide training on third party risk management.
- Perform independent review of performance of outsourcing arrangements, identify potential risks and recommend areas of improvements.
- Drive and facilitate risk control self-assessment exercise.
- Review and monitor adherence to risk-related policies and procedures.
- Support the head of department in identifying emerging risks and assessing potential impact on business objectives.
