Production Assistant

Position Summary

Oversees the production floor and involves in processing to ensures Production plan is successful by managing the manpower, material, and method of the processing.

Duties

1) To assist in the organization of the warehouse to maximize the usable space and ensure all batches are identified, construct loads for dispatch as instructed, complete Operation Log and provide shift report on daily basis.

2) To assist in the preparation of validation exercises as per SOP and work instruction.

3) To conduct the processing as per the work instruction and maintain housekeeping duties as required.

To report and inform supervisor if there is any non-conformance found during the processing.

5) To assist as required with the loading/unloading of vehicles and general movements of goods around the site and processing onto the machine.

6) To maintain a smart, and clean personal appearance.

7) To perform any reasonable request in respect of the efficient running of the site.

8) To ensure and comply to company rules, company safety, QA procedures and SOPs.

9) Maintains workflow by monitoring steps of process, observing control points and equipment, monitoring personnel and resources, studding methods, implementing cost reductions, facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points, initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments.

10) Completes production plan by following schedule, accomplishing work results, establishing priorities, monitoring progress, updates schedules, resolving problems, reporting results of the processing flow on shift hand over reports.

11) Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs, evaluating new equipment and techniques.

12) Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personal on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources, maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.

13) Resolves personnel issues by analyzing data, investigating issues, identifying solutions, and recommending action and contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed

Education Degree

High School Diploma or GED
