Join our young, dynamic trading team to build a Crypto Community & Trading Platform

We welcome fast learners fluent in Mandarin & English who are passionate about crypto and ready to grow in a full-time, office-based role.

Our core business involves partnering with globally renowned cryptocurrency exchanges to carry out business development initiatives. These partnerships cover :

• New user acquisition
• Community operations
• Providing professional trading strategies
• Promotion of financial products and derivatives

Requirements

Must-have :

Fluent in Mandarin & English (spoken & written). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

A fast learner with strong interest in crypto / Web3

Good communication skills and customer relationship mindset

Able to work full-time, on-site in Jalan Sultan Ismail KL, Mon–Sat (10am–7pm)

Working location accessible by MRT / Monorail

Added advantage :

Execute spot, margin, and derivative trades across centralized (CEX) and decentralized (DEX) platforms

Monitor real-time price action, liquidity, spreads, and slippage for effective order execution

Analyze crypto markets using technical indicators, chart patterns, and price action strategies

Perform fundamental analysis of tokens, blockchain protocols, and macro crypto trends

Utilize on-chain analytics tools (e.g. Nansen, Dune, Etherscan) to track wallet flows and smart money activity

Manage risk through defined rules (stop-loss, take-profit, position sizing, max drawdown limits)

Maintain a diversified portfolio across assets, timeframes, and strategies

Operate confidently on exchanges like Binance, Bybit, Bitget, OKX, Uniswap, PancakeSwap, etc.

Use trading tools and aggregators (e.g. TradingView, 1inch, Matcha) to enhance decision-making and efficiency

Track performance with detailed trading logs and KPIs (win rate, ROI, risk-reward ratio)

Generate regular reports and summaries to review strategy outcomes and refine trading approaches

Work collaboratively with analysts or other traders to evaluate and develop new strategies

Stay up to date on crypto news, token launches, and market-moving events

Ensure the safety of assets through proper wallet management and secure handling of private keys

Continuously learn and adapt to evolving blockchain technologies, trading platforms, and protocols

良好的沟通能力与客户服务意识

能接受全职现场办公(KL Jalan Sultan Ismail),工作时间为星期一至六,早10点至晚7点

在中心化(CEX)与去中心化(DEX)平台执行现货、杠杆与合约交易

监控实时价格波动、流动性、点差和滑点,确保高效执行

运用技术指标、图表形态与价格行为分析市场走势

进行加密资产、区块链协议与市场趋势的基本面分析

使用链上分析工具(如 Nansen、Dune、Etherscan)追踪资金流向与鲸鱼钱包动向

应用风险管理策略(止损、止盈、仓位控制、最大回撤限制)

维持资产配置多元化,涵盖多币种与多策略

熟练操作交易平台 : Binance、Bybit、Bitget、OKX、Uniswap、PancakeSwap 等

运用交易辅助工具与聚合器(如 TradingView、1inch、Matcha)提升交易效率

记录并跟踪交易表现,统计胜率、回报率、风险报酬比等关键指标

定期整理交易报告,回顾与优化交易策略

与团队成员协作开发、验证与完善策略模型

关注加密市场新闻、项目上线、宏观事件等影响市场走势的信息

妥善管理钱包资产与私钥,确保资金安全

持续学习区块链新技术、Web3趋势与平台操作方法
