Junior IT Global Service Desk Specialist

Responsibilities
- Provide highly skilled user support for client hardware, Windows operating system, and Office environment to complete workflows, incidents, and requests in a cost-efficient manner.
- Resolve user requests / incidents directly or route tickets to the appropriate second level support team.
- Aim for a high first-level support solution rate to maximize user satisfaction.
- Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for end users and assist with IT issues.
- Inform users about the status of their requests and coordinate with other teams as needed based on urgency.
- Log requests in the ticketing system (change orders, incidents, or requests).
- Document problem solutions and maintain the internal knowledge database.
About You / Qualifications
University degree is an advantage.2+ years of experience in a similar role with basic IT knowledge (client / hardware, operating system, Office 365).Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English (written and spoken).IT knowledge in areas including Office 365, MS Office, Exchange Online, SAP, user and password management, client hardware, networks, retail hardware, retail applications, desktop applications, iOS, web browsers, and operating systems.Strong ownership of issues and follow-through to resolution.Customer service orientation and solution delivery mindset.Professional and friendly communication with customers.Quick understanding of customer needs.Benefits
