It focuses on serving clients across Communications, Media & Entertainment. Accenture Strategy and Consulting offers transformation programs and end-to-end management and technology consultancy to improve profitability, quality, and reliability for clients.
Role : Communications & Media - Management Consulting Manager
Responsibilities
- Support or lead delivery in small to medium-size teams to deliver management consulting projects for global clients.
- Support or lead innovation transformation programs and process enablement for our clients.
- Develop assets and point-of-view (POV) or white papers for team and broader community.
- Support or lead proposals and business development for global clients as an expert for a specific domain area, coordinating with other team members.
- Engage with stakeholders independently and execute a transformational change plan aligned with the client’s business strategy and context for change.
- Engage stakeholders in the change journey and build commitment for change.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirements gathering sessions to elicit, prioritize, and validate business needs and objectives.
- Work with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and create user stories for implementation by development teams.
- Bring best skills to excel in the role, including expertise in Telecom areas and digital transformation initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
Skills in one or more Telecom areas (BSS modules, Telco journeys, CRM, Billing, Provisioning, etc.), Digital Transformation, Cloud BSS, and related consulting experience.Experience in Business Analysis and Consulting Projects, including operating model design, process re-engineering, business case creation, AI / OPS / service assurance use cases, OSS applications assessment, data analysis, and visualization (Power BI, Tableau).OSS Tools ecosystem knowledge (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Nokia NetAct, HPSM, Netcool, Blue Planet, Cramer, etc.).Experience in private network use case identification, prioritization, and monetization (on-premises and cloud).Transformation & Project Governance experience; Lean concepts and Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe); experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, Rally, MS Projects, VersionOne).Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills; ability to work with mid-level to senior client leadership and manage multiple stakeholders.Educational background : Bachelor's / Master's in engineering (or equivalent) plus MBA preferred; 8–12 years of progressive business / telecom / consulting experience.Analytical, problem-solving, and written / spoken communication skills; experience with Digital, Cloud, core modernization, and AI / ML strategies is a plus.English proficiency required; knowledge of Japanese or Bahasa is a plus.What’s in it for you?
