Site Engineer / Site Supervisor

Responsibilities

Overseeing daily site operations to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow. Supervising construction activities and ensuring compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards. Monitoring work progress, preparing site reports, and resolving technical / site issues promptly. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and promoting a safe working environment. Managing site resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials. Attending site meetings and liaising with the project management team for progress updates. Qualifications

Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum 2â3 yearsâ experience in site supervision / engineering (fresh graduates with strong interest in construction are also encouraged to apply for junior positions). Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management processes. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications. Good communication and leadership skills to manage site teams effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant construction / project management software. Willing to work on-site and adapt to project demands. Benefits
