is seeking a skilled and experienced Technician Phone to join our team in Kangar Perlis. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing technical support and problem-solving services for our clients' phone systems. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining the seamless operation of our clients' communication infrastructure. What you'll be doing

Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with phone systems, including hardware and software-related problems Perform routine maintenance and repairs on phone equipment to ensure optimal performance Provide training and support to end-users on the proper use of phone systems Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions Maintain detailed records of all service activities and generate reports as required Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments in the field What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Technician or in a similar role within the telecommunications industry Strong technical expertise in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of phone systems Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and provide clear explanations of technical concepts Ability to work independently and as part of a team to ensure the seamless delivery of services Flexibility to work outside of standard office hours to accommodate client needs What we offer
