Job descriptionDegree in Engineering with at least 5 years’ experience of relevant experience, or Diploma qualification with at least 8 years’ experience. Possess strong technical background in piping design and construction preferably in shipbuilding and / or offshore project construction Proven experience in planning, executing and managing projects Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven record of department / team management experience Experience in interactions with customers and partners across different countries and cultures Broad understanding of organization operation and development
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Leading, mentoring and developing a team of piping engineers and draftsmen;
- Providing technical guidance and coaching to team to provide fiberglass piping design review and advisory to customers in shipbuilding and offshore business
- Overall managing TSG Teams to deliver fiberglass piping prefabrication spool drawings meeting customer / project requirements
- Overall managing team and team member performance, productivity, on time delivery and spool drawing quality.
- Oversee work assignment - projects / jobs allocation
- Fostering a positive and inclusive team environment
- Identify and drive development and improvement
- Exploring opportunities and collaboration with other department and business units.
