Job description

Attend to all incoming and outgoing correspondence and emails related to store tenancies.

Register new site proposals from RENs and others using JotForm.

Prepare letters of offer, renewal notices, and send them via post or email to RENs / landlords.

Requisition and record earnest deposits, rental deposits, advance rentals, and utility deposits.

File and scan documents for renewals and new stores.

Manage IWK bills, including recording and payment requisitions.

Prepare documents for utility applications.

Maintain up-to-date payment records of Quit Rent (QR) and Assessment for company properties.

Submit scanned Tenancy Agreements (TA) to LHDN and prepare requisitions for stamping fees.

Arrange posting of letters / documents at the post office and track deliveries.

Perform other assignments as and when assigned by Managers in the Real Estate department.

Requirements :

Minimum 1 year of working experience in tenancy management, with experience using and maintaining Tenancy Management System (TMS) or similar systems for managing tenants / landlords.

Proactive with a positive attitude, independent, strong organizational and good time management skills.

Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Advanced PC user, proficient in Microsoft Office.
