Job description

Location : Sunway Velocity

Working Hours : Monday to Saturday - 9 am to 6 pm

Contract : 6 months

Job Description

  • Remind customers to make their payments on time.
  • Act as a reminder to let customers know about upcoming due dates.
  • Respond to customer requests based on their needs.
  • Follow up with customers through phone calls, emails, or fax to make sure they pay on time.
  • Meet the collection targets and goals set by the company.

Requirements

  • Minimum education : SPM, STPM, Diploma, or Degree.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Can speak and write well in English and Malay.
  • Basic computer knowledge and being able to use MS Office.
  • Maximum age : 32 years old
  • Able to persuade people to take positive actions.
  • Can work under pressure and manage stress well.

  • Incentive provided if meet KPI.

    • Job Type : Contract

    Contract length : 6 months

    Pay : RM1, RM3,000.00 per month
