Senior Project Architect

Main Responsibilities : -To work with and report directly to the Project Director on all matters pertaining to the assigned projects and issues. -Provide technical guidance and pre-plan weekly / monthly project schedule to the Intermediate / Junior team members and monitor the junior team in compliance to the deadline given. -Prepare and presenting project, schedule / design proposals in compliance with all by law requirements and design practicality - Independent approval and Reliable level. -Participate in project meetings as leading role. Meeting with clients and determining their needs and requirements and align with company design vision and mission. -Attending regular meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, and specialist and conducting regular site visit to check on progress, record and prepare meeting minutes and meeting agenda. -Able to Prepare a full set comprehensive tender and construction drawings with solid specification knowledge with minimal supervising and checking. -Responding to builder and client queries during, before and after construction in compliance in PAM contract condition, to make sure client and company in secure from contract condition. -Managing and Lead projects teams and collaborating with other construction professionals. -Conducting tenders, negotiation and awards and administering building contracts.  -Managing and Lead projects from concept development through to completion (CCC Stage). Requirements : -Master’s Degree (LAM Part II) in Architecture -Registered with LAM (for Part II) and minimum 5 years’ relevant experience -Strong leadership skills with ability to mentor Intermediate and Junior staff -Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite; Revit is a plus -In-depth knowledge of : Construction / tender drawings, building technology and detailing -Building materials specifications and technical standards -Submission procedures and UBBL / Bomba regulations -PAM Contract and related contract administration -Able to manage full project lifecycle (design to CCC) -Strong multitasking, flexibility, and deadline-driven mindset -Experienced in leading integrated design teams and coordination -Excellent command of English and Bahasa Melayu. Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred. -Strong interpersonal, presentation, and problem-solving skills -Self-motivated, reliable, and committed with a strong work ethic -Able to start work immediately.
