24 hour rotational shift basis
SALARY & BENEFITS
- Basic salary – RM3000 Taiwan Market (fixed and not negotiable)
- KPI allowance : based on performance (up to RM300)
- Additional allowance for OT PROGRAM – RM20+ per hour (based on agent’s availability)
- Opportunity for Internal Promotion such as Team Leader, SME as project expands
- Annual leave – 19 days
- Medical leave – 14 days
- Medical insurance card
- EPF, SOCSO, EIS
