Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their branding, marketing, and creative needs.
• Translate ideas into impactful design concepts through research, mood boards, and creative exploration.
• Develop initial layouts, illustrations, and visual concepts in alignment with brand guidelines.
• Refine and finalize creative assets based on client feedback and internal review.
• Ensure all deliverables meet aesthetic standards and support business / marketing goals.
• Work closely with the Marketing, Business Support, and Search & Advertising teams to meet design requirements on time.
• Stay current with design trends, industry innovations, and best practices to continuously elevate creative output.
• Provide strategic input and suggest creative enhancements to optimize campaigns.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of creative materials and iterate based on performance data.
• Participate in client meetings to align on direction, present ideas, and discuss brand evolution.
• Be proactive in identifying visual improvements or additional design needs for ongoing projects.
