Job Overview :
To support driving business and talent development through identify / analyze, training and development needs, develop and implement training programs, perform evaluation and follow-up.
- The incumbent will work closely with retail leadership team to deliver skill building training solutions.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years solid hands-on service / hosting training and development experience in retail sector, preferably in luxury / fashion / cosmetics brandStrong interpersonal and written and spoken communication skills in English and spoken communication skills in Malay and MandarinAbility to build positive relationships with cross-functional teams by creating a collaborative environmentCreative and strategic problem solver with solid execution and implementation skillsHolder of other professional training qualifications is definitely advantageousProficiency in MS Office including Powerpoint, Excel and Word ProcessingBenefits
