Digital Campaign Planning and Execution
- Design and implement online marketing campaigns aligned with business goals (e.g., user acquisition, engagement, brand awareness, and conversions).
- Oversee campaign operations, including concept creation, internal coordination (with design and IT teams), defining rules and workflows, and handling prize / resource logistics.
- Write campaign copy, promotional slogans, and guidance content.
- Monitor campaign performance post-launch and ensure seamless execution.
Marketing Support and Promotion
- Assist in creating campaign promotion strategies across websites, communities, social media, email, and other channels to drive traffic and visibility.
Data Management and Analysis
- Organize and manage campaign-related data for reporting and analysis.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, E-Commerce, Information Management, or related disciplines (or equivalent qualifications commonly offered in Malaysian universities).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in online campaign planning, digital marketing, or data analysis.
- Experience running small-scale campaigns independently is preferred.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.
