Requirements

  • Possess a Secondary / SPM / 'O' Level qualification.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in live streaming or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and interact with a diverse audience.
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing principles and best practices, particularly on the TikTok platform.
  • Proficiency in product presentation, with the ability to showcase products effectively and persuasively during live streams.
  • Demonstrated sales skills, with a track record of driving sales and achieving targets through live streaming.
  • Ability to create engaging and creative content that resonates with the target audience and aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Fluency in both Bahasa Malaysia and English, with excellent verbal communication skills in both languages.

Responsibilities

  • Host engaging and interactive live streams on TikTok to promote products and services, achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Develop creative and engaging content ideas for TikTok live streams, aligning with marketing campaigns and brand guidelines.
  • Present products effectively during live streams, highlighting key features and benefits to drive sales and increase conversion rates.
  • Interact with the audience in real-time, responding to questions, comments, and requests to foster a sense of community and engagement.
  • Utilize social media marketing strategies to promote live streams and attract a wider audience, increasing brand visibility and reach.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute live stream schedules, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
  • Analyze live stream performance data, providing insights and recommendations for improvement to optimize future broadcasts and increase sales effectiveness.
