Communication : Relay customer orders efficiently to kitchen and bar staff using the appropriate systems or verbal communication. Customer Service : Provide menu recommendations, handle special dietary requests, and ensure overall guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience. Quality Assurance : Double-check orders before serving to ensure accuracy, presentation, and completeness. Coordination : Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, fellow crewmembers, and servers to ensure smooth and timely food and beverage delivery. Compliance & Hygiene : Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards in compliance with health regulations and internal guidelines. Requirements
- Education : Minimum Secondary School Certificate (SPM) or equivalent
- Experience : Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory (training provided)-Languages : Basic English & Mandarin proficiency required;
