Automation Manager
The Automation Manager is responsible for spearheading the development and implementation of cutting‑edge automation solutions. This role is pivotal in driving the innovation of the Flexible Dipping Line project and enhancing the automation roadmap for the packaging plant, including implementing other innovative technologies to optimize production workflow.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead Innovative Dipping Line Projects – design, develop, and implement automation solutions for dipping lines.
- Collaborate with Digitalization Manager and cross‑functional teams to identify and assess potential automation opportunities.
- Manage the complete lifecycle of dipping line automation projects, from ideation to deployment and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in the implementation of automation solutions.
- Develop and implement automation roadmap and strategies for the packaging plant.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of automation systems, making improvements as necessary.
- Create and maintain documentation for automation processes, including design documents, process maps, and technical specifications.
- Provide training and support to end users of automation systems.
- Stay up‑to‑date with advancements in automation technology and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Provide regular status updates to internal leadership and project teams.

Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Automation, or a related field.Certifications : PMP, PMI, or equivalent project management certification and certifications in automation technologies (e.g., PLC programming, robotics).Experience
Industry Experience – proven experience in automation project management in a manufacturing environment, minimum 5 years.Technical Experience – hands‑on experience with automation software and tools.Regulatory Knowledge – understanding of industry standards and regulations related to automation.Track Record – demonstrated success in leading and implementing automation projects that improve efficiency and productivity.Ability to work with minimal supervision and work in a team environment when needed. Individual and team contributor that has good interpersonal skills.
