Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email or remote access. Diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions for customer. Manage databases and ensure system security. Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least SPM. Required language(s) : Mandarin, English. (Must be able to speak Mandarin to ensure smooth communication with end-user support.) Need to be a fast learner as we are a fast-paced company. Great attention to details and excellent problem-solving skill. Willing to work in rotational shift. Benefits
