Job description

Duties / Responsibilities

Product Inspection

To perform pre and post sterilization inspection of each delivery (included ODMS processing) as per Customer-specific-procedure and / or in-house procedure to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

Prepare On-Hold label (if any) and inform QA for next step.

Product Handling and Traceability

Ensure proper handling, storage, identification, and traceability of customer products.

Quality Monitoring and Documentation

Track damaged carton PPM and quality issues, update SQDC metrics, and ensure accurate quality tracking. Assist the Process Control Leader or Supervisor in investigating and analyzing damaged cartons or other product issues.

  • Upload scanned EO batch records to SharePoint to support efficient record-keeping and documentation.
  • Filing and archive batch records systematically for easy retrieval.

Assist in internal, external and third party audits and visits.

Non-Conformance Management

Adhere to non-conformance procedures and promptly report any detected non-conformances from incoming to outgoing shipments to the supervisor.

Training and Compliance

Actively participate in training programs provided by the company.

  • Comply with good manufacturing practices, good documentation practices, and requirements for documentation and records control.
  • Carry out 5S housekeeping duties and maintain personal cleanliness and a professional appearance.

    • Maintain a safe, clean, and secure working environment by following all procedures, rules, and regulations.

    Ensure alignment with the company's mission, vision, and values.

  • Contribute to team efforts by adhering to the STERIS Code of Business Conduct, OTOG, 5S Lean principles, safety protocols, and organizational directives.
  • Comply with the company's quality policy, rules, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Support decisions and initiatives from higher-level management

    • Support continuous improvement initiatives by participating in quality and performance improvement projects within the facility and organization.

    Other Responsibilities :

    Undertake additional tasks and duties that support company and departmental goals as assigned.
