Job Responsibilities :
- Oversee day to day accounting matter and ensure compliance to the Company policies and procedures.
- Review and ensure weekly / monthly / quarterly financial reports, variance analysis reports, reconciliation report, projection report, budget reports etc are submitted in timely, accurate and complete manner.
- Assist in ensuring that effective internal control are in place and ensure compliance with regulatory laws and rules of financial, operational and tax reporting.
- Co-ordinate and assist in preparation of audit and tax schedules and responding to queries.
- Assist in managing team members in Finance department, assign works to finance team according to availability, skills and development.
- Dealing with government related issues e.g., Statistic, SST, etc.
- Handling and monitor for Company's Banking Facilities, insurance coverage & other administrative matters
- Take on ad-hoc tasks as and when required
Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Degree in AccountingRequired language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, EnglishAt least 3-4 years of working experience in related fields is required for this positionExternal audit experience would be an added advantageAbility to work effectively, both independently and as a team memberRequired skill(s) : Ms Office & related Accounting system experienceSeniority level : Mid-Senior level
