About the Role
We are seeking a
Technical Engineer (Security – Customer Care)
to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting security infrastructure while ensuring that operations are executed efficiently, securely, and in alignment with quality standards. You'll play a key part in preventive maintenance, technical support (on-site and remote), and project assistance, all while adhering to internal systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
– Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.
– Conduct remote or on-site maintenance to ensure infrastructure integrity.
– Provide timely and effective technical support to customers, both onsite and remotely.
– Prepare and upload detailed reports into the Field Service Management System (FSMS).
– Support complex installations involving multiple security technologies.
– Record and update technical issues for continuous improvement.
– Collaborate with customers to validate system functionality during project testing.
– Ensure all activities align with technical standards and company policies.
– Lead internal sessions to foster team learning and development.
– Maintain accurate timesheet entries for project tracking.
– Provide on-call technical support as part of the department's rotation schedule.
