Overview

Britishpedia Media Sdn Bhd is an international publisher known for producing factual reference books, particularly encyclopaedias. We operate in multiple countries with offices in the UK, Austria, the Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Poland, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, and Slovakia.

We are looking for

  • EXPERIENCED TELEMARKETING EXECUTIVES
  • INTERSHIPS
  • FRESH GRADUATES IN MASS MEDIA COMMUNICATIONS

Duties

  • To make outbound calls to new business and existing business
  • Conducting market research and identifying potential prospects
  • Setting up the appointments and allocating them to assigned editors
  • Achieving KPI’s and revenue targets
  • Attend networking events to generate potential personalities
  • Monitoring & analysing target markets

    • To be successful in this role

  • The ability to handle objections
  • Good product knowledge and understanding
  • Professional business writing skills
  • Working knowledge of relevant computer software & CRM
  • Proactive & Creative thinking skills
  • Problem solving

    • Languages

    Other spoken languages, like Chinese dialects, are an advantage. Good spoken English

    Location and compensation

    Office base near KLCC with LRT 10 minutes away. Basic salary RM2500 + commissions depending on experience, with a good achievable commission structure.

We offer an interesting position with earning potential, especially to candidates who are friendly and communicative and ready to take on the challenge. Basic salary starting from RM2,500 to RM3,000 with potential earnings up to RM10,000 including commission. We offer this position for KL and PJ offices. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply too.
