The company provides a wide range of total logistics services in Malaysia, including freight forwarding, customs declarations, clearance, transportation, warehousing and distribution, removal and packaging, special project cargo handling, and trading services.
Responsibilities :
- Assist the accounts department in preparing, organizing, and maintaining financial records.
- Handle data entry, filing, and document management to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, and basic accounting reports.
- Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal teams on account or administrative matters.
- Monitor and respond to emails, calls, and correspondence promptly.
- Support daily office operations, including scheduling, coordination, and clerical tasks.
- Assist in preparing monthly reports and other ad-hoc assignments as required.
Requirements :
Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in accounting and admin support roles.SPM, Diploma, Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Computer literate and proficient in MS Office.Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively as part of a team.Language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage).Working Hours : Monday – Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm.Willing to work at Bandar Bukit Tinggi, Klang.
