Job Overview

As a Manager / Senior Manager in Accenture's Strategy & Consulting (Energy) practice, you will lead end-to-end transformation programs tailored to upstream oil & gas clients. Leveraging Accenture's global capabilities across Strategy, Technology, Industry X, and Song, you will help clients reinvent operations, achieve sustainable value, and meet strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Transformation Engagements : Drive upstream oil & gas programs from strategy design through to delivery execution.

Business Development : Originate and shape client proposals, RFP responses, and solution architecture to unlock new opportunities.

C-Suite Advisory : Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and executives.

Operational Excellence : Define business architectures, optimize processes, and shape organizational design.

Financial & Delivery Management : Manage budgets, project financials, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver outcomes on time and within budget.

People Leadership : Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering professional growth and a high-performance culture.

Thought Leadership : Drive perspectives on digital disruption, analytics, sustainability, and industry trends.

What You'll Bring

Industry Experience : 7 12 years in upstream oil & gas with both operational and consulting exposure (exploration, drilling, subsurface, production, and facilities).

Technical & Commercial Acumen : Strong grasp of upstream value chains, regulatory / commercial frameworks, and emerging technologies (AI, analytics, digital tools in well integrity or drilling).

Consulting & Sales Leadership : Proven track record in leading client engagements, shaping proposals, and growing business opportunities.

Educational Credentials : Bachelor's degree (technical background preferred). MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Additional Attributes

Willingness to travel and work across global locations.

Comfortable in Accenture's matrixed, fast-paced environment, balancing delivery, business growth, and internal firm-building (proposals, knowledge sharing, mentoring).
