As our business expands, we are looking for a dedicated Customer Service to join our team. Key Responsibilities : -Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat and other platforms. -Monitor, follow up, and resolve issues related to late, abnormal, or cancelled orders. -Handle return and refund requests efficiently while ensuring a smooth customer experience. -Coordinate with logistics partners for return parcels and delivery-related concerns. -Manage customer feedback, reviews, and ratings with a focus on continuous improvement. -Support the submission of claims, appeals, and basic reporting tasks (e.g., damaged goods, claims). -Recheck outstanding issues such as late shipments and prepare monthly logistic return records. Working Hours : -5.5 working days per week, based on scheduled shifts. -Shift options : 8 : 00am–5 : 00pm or 1 : 00pm–10 : 00pm. -Work-from-home allowed after 5 : 00pm to support flexibility.
