Job Summary

The Syariah Lawyer is responsible for providing legal representation and advice in both civil and Syariah law matters. This role involves managing a diverse caseload, from personal disputes to commercial litigation, ensuring clients legal issues are addressed comprehensively under applicable laws.

Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in Syariah legal matters.
Draft and review Syariah-compliant legal documents.
Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
Negotiate settlements and mediate disputes.
Ensure compliance with Syariah principles.

Qualifications

LL.B or equivalent with specialization in both civil and Syariah law.

Experience in Syariah law preferred.

Strong legal research, drafting, and communication skills.

High ethical standards and attention to detail.

Open to Malaysian nationals only. Location : Klang Valley
