Requirements

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Prior experience in customer service or property management is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proactive, patient, and able to work under pressure.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, WhatsApp, Email).
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, messages, and emails from tenants and owners professionally and promptly.
  • Assist tenants with inquiries, maintenance requests, and general support.
  • Coordinate with technicians, cleaners, and vendors for timely resolution of issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of tenant communications and service requests.
  • Follow up on outstanding matters and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Support administrative tasks related to tenancy agreements, renewals, and move-ins / move-outs.
  • Escalate issues to management when necessary.
