Requirements
- Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in customer service or property management is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proactive, patient, and able to work under pressure.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, WhatsApp, Email).
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls, messages, and emails from tenants and owners professionally and promptly.Assist tenants with inquiries, maintenance requests, and general support.Coordinate with technicians, cleaners, and vendors for timely resolution of issues.Maintain accurate records of tenant communications and service requests.Follow up on outstanding matters and ensure high customer satisfaction.Support administrative tasks related to tenancy agreements, renewals, and move-ins / move-outs.Escalate issues to management when necessary.Benefits
