Human Resources Associate

Overview

Associate / Executive, Human Capital (Talent Acquisition) – Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This role focuses on HR operations and employee lifecycle, with responsibilities spanning onboarding, data integrity, expatriate management, compliance, and general HR support. Key Responsibilities

Onboarding Rockstar :

Roll out the welcome mat for new hires, guide and execute the onboarding process end to end, and ensure a memorable first day experience. Data Dynamo :

Maintain accurate employee data from pre-onboarding through regular HR operations, ensuring data integrity and timely updates. Expatriate Management & Travel Application :

Process travel applications (inbound and outbound) including visas, work permits, and logistics per business requirements. Coordinate with government agencies and relevant stakeholders as needed. Compliance Adherence :

Monitor and adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Conduct regular checks and risk assessments to identify and address potential compliance concerns, upholding company values and code of conduct. Overall Support :

Contribute to process improvements, deliver reports, administer HR policies and procedures, and support employee queries. Participate in HR projects and other tasks on an ad-hoc basis. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to support HR operations and administration. Key Requirements

Graduate in any discipline. Degree in Human Resources would be an advantage. 2 years and above of relevant experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent spoken and written communication in English. Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in HR field. Position level commensurate with experience. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments with a positive attitude. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate. Seniority level
