Sales Strategy Development -Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives. -Set clear sales goals, prepare budgets, and analyze performance data to inform strategic decisions. Team Leadership and Development -Recruit, train, motivate, and coach sales representatives to build a high-performing team. -Identify knowledge gaps within the team and implement plans for ongoing skill development. Sales Team Monitoring and Objectives -Lead and monitor team performance, ensuring effective sales tactics are employed to meet revenue objectives. -Conduct daily check-ins with the sales team to set objectives and monitor progress. -Generate leads and cultivate strong client relationships to drive business growth. Collaboration -Work closely with the marketing and production teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. -Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and installation of cabinets. Sales Coordination and Direction -Direct and coordinate all sales activities locally and regionally. -Set discount rates and determine price schedules in alignment with business goals. Market Analysis and Product Knowledge -Stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. -Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential clients. -Research consumer needs and align company solutions with customer requirements. -Stay updated on the features, benefits and technical specifications of the Company’s products. Reporting and Issue Resolution -Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review. -Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimization. -Handle and resolve all issues related to the Sales Department promptly and effectively.
